Ingredients

- 2 tbsp American Harvest Rolled Oats (optional for extra fiber)
- 1 cup milk / almond milk
- 1 egg (optional, for extra fluff, skip for vegan version)
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- 1 tsp oil or butter for cooking
Method
- Prepare the Batter
In a bowl, combine Slurrp Farm Millet Pancake Mix, Slurrp Farm Nut Powder, American Harvest Chia Seeds, and American Harvest Rolled Oats.
Add milk, egg (if using), and honey. Whisk until smooth. Adjust milk to get a pourable consistency. - Cook the Pancakes
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with oil or butter.
Pour ¼ cup batter for each pancake. Cook for 2–3 minutes until bubbles appear on top, then flip and cook another 2 minutes until golden brown. - Serve & Enjoy
