Ingredients
- 1 cup American Harvest Oat Flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg (or flax egg for vegan)
- ¾ cup milk / almond milk
- 1–2 tsp American harvest honey
- 1 tbsp American Harvest Rolled Oats (optional, topping)
- Butter or oil for cooking
Method
- Mix oat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Whisk egg, milk, and honey separately. Combine with dry ingredients to form a smooth batter.
- Heat pan, lightly grease, pour ¼ cup batter per pancake. Cook 2–3 min per side until golden.
- Top with rolled oats, fruits, or nut butter. Serve warm.
