Ingredients

  • 1 cup American Harvest Oat Flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg (or flax egg for vegan)
  • ¾ cup milk / almond milk
  • 1–2 tsp American harvest honey
  • 1 tbsp American Harvest Rolled Oats (optional, topping)
  • Butter or oil for cooking

Method

  1. Mix oat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  2. Whisk egg, milk, and honey separately. Combine with dry ingredients to form a smooth batter.
  3. Heat pan, lightly grease, pour ¼ cup batter per pancake. Cook 2–3 min per side until golden.
  4. Top with rolled oats, fruits, or nut butter. Serve warm.
