Ingredients
- 1 cup Nutrizain Jasmine Rice
- 2 cups water
- 1½ tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander or spring onions
Method
- Rinse Nutrizain Jasmine Rice until water runs clear.
- Cook rice with water and salt until fluffy. Set aside.
- In a pan, melt butter on low heat. Add garlic and sauté until aromatic (do not brown).
- Add cooked rice and gently mix until evenly coated.
- Garnish with coriander or spring onions and serve warm.
