About Bagason

Bagason Middle East General Trading LLC is a Dubai-based FMCG distribution and food trading company supplying supermarkets, hypermarkets, groceries, HoReCa and e-commerce channels across the UAE and wider GCC. We manage a portfolio of international and own-label food and beverage brands through van sales, key accounts, modern trade and marketplace channels, backed by our own warehousing, cold chain and food production operations.

The role

Deliver our FMCG food and beverage orders to supermarkets, groceries and wholesalers across the UAE — safely, on time, with the paperwork right.

What you'll do

  • Deliver FMCG food and beverage orders to supermarkets, groceries, wholesalers and HoReCa customers across your route.
  • Load and check goods against the delivery note before leaving; verify quantities, batch and expiry.
  • Follow the planned delivery route and meet delivery time windows.
  • Obtain signed and stamped delivery notes / invoices from every customer and return the documents to the office the same day.
  • Collect cash and cheque payments where instructed and hand them over per company procedure.
  • Handle returns, damages and near-expiry stock correctly and bring them back with proper documentation.
  • Keep the vehicle clean, roadworthy and food-safe; report faults and complete daily vehicle checks.
  • Follow all UAE traffic and RTA rules; drive safely and represent the company well at every customer.

What you need

  • Valid UAE driving licence — light vehicle minimum; heavy vehicle (3/4) an advantage. Mandatory.
  • 2+ years' delivery driving experience in the UAE, preferably FMCG or food distribution.
  • Good route knowledge across Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
  • Trustworthy with cash, cheques and stock; careful with delivery documents.
  • Able to load and unload cartons; physically fit.
  • Basic English — enough to read delivery notes, addresses and customer names.

  • Experience delivering to supermarkets and hypermarkets
  • Chilled / frozen delivery experience
  • Smartphone delivery app experience
