Bagason Middle East General Trading LLC is a Dubai-based FMCG distribution and food trading company supplying supermarkets, hypermarkets, groceries, HoReCa and e-commerce channels across the UAE and wider GCC. We manage a portfolio of international and own-label food and beverage brands through van sales, key accounts, modern trade and marketplace channels, backed by our own warehousing, cold chain and food production operations.

The role

The execution engine of the marketing team. Campaigns, artwork, product content and activations — you make them actually happen, on time and correct. Note: this is a brand, trade and content role. If you want to run paid media budgets, apply for our Digital Marketing Executive vacancy instead.

What you'll do

• Execute the brand and trade marketing calendar — campaigns, promotions, seasonal activity and new product launches.
• Coordinate packaging and POSM artwork with designers and printers, and maintain the artwork and asset library.
• Support new product listings: product content, images, specifications, barcodes and label information for retailers and marketplaces.
• Create and schedule content for social media, website and retailer channels; write product copy in English.
• Coordinate in-store activations, sampling and promoter programmes with the Sales team and report results.
• Track competitor pricing, promotions and new launches and maintain the market intelligence file.
• Support marketplace content (Amazon, Noon, quick commerce) — titles, bullets, A+ content and images.
• Manage marketing stock — POSM, samples, giveaways — and reconcile spend against budget.

What you need

• 2–4 years in marketing, preferably FMCG, food and beverage or retail in the UAE.
• Practical and organised — this is an execution role with lots of moving parts.
• Good English copywriting; comfortable briefing designers; basic Canva / Photoshop / Figma an advantage.
• Comfortable with numbers, budgets and simple campaign reporting.
• Bachelor's in Marketing, Business or Communications.
