Bagason Middle East General Trading LLC is a Dubai-based FMCG distribution and food trading company supplying supermarkets, hypermarkets, groceries, HoReCa and e-commerce channels across the UAE and wider GCC. We manage a portfolio of international and own-label food and beverage brands through van sales, key accounts, modern trade and marketplace channels, backed by our own warehousing, cold chain and food production operations.

The role

You run a field sales team on the ground. Coverage, distribution, merchandising standards and collection across your territory are yours — and you are in the market with your people, not behind a desk.

What you'll do

• Supervise a team of van salesmen, merchandisers and promoters across assigned routes and outlets.
• Own route coverage and call compliance — daily journey plans, productive calls, strike rate and outlet coverage.
• Drive distribution and SKU availability: must-stock lists, new listings, planogram and shelf-share compliance.
• Work the market with your team — joint field visits, on-the-job coaching, and closing the difficult outlets yourself.
• Execute promotions, displays and POSM at outlet level and verify execution in person.
• Monitor collections, credit limits and overdue accounts on your routes and act before they age.
• Manage stock on vans — loading accuracy, returns, damages, near-expiry rotation and van stock reconciliation.
• Report daily on sales, coverage, distribution, competitor activity and market feedback.

What you need

• 4+ years in FMCG field sales in the UAE, with at least 1–2 years supervising a team.
• Strong knowledge of UAE general trade and/or modern trade outlets in your territory.
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
• Comfortable with sales reports, targets and basic margin / credit arithmetic; mobile sales app or ERP experience.
