About Bagason

Bagason Middle East General Trading LLC is a Dubai-based FMCG distribution and food trading company supplying supermarkets, hypermarkets, groceries, HoReCa and e-commerce channels across the UAE and wider GCC. We manage a portfolio of international and own-label food and beverage brands through van sales, key accounts, modern trade and marketplace channels, backed by our own warehousing, cold chain and food production operations.

The role

Sell our FMCG food and beverage portfolio into groceries, supermarkets and wholesale outlets on your route. We hire salesmen across the UAE — tell us which emirates you know and we'll match you to a territory.

What you'll do

  • Sell our FMCG food and beverage portfolio to assigned outlets — groceries, supermarkets, wholesalers and HoReCa.
  • Follow a daily journey plan and cover every outlet on the route; open new outlets and grow the customer base.
  • Push distribution and availability — get every must-stock SKU on the shelf, and get new products listed.
  • Take orders, confirm pricing and promotions, and follow the order through to delivery.
  • Merchandise the shelf: facings, planogram, FIFO rotation, price tags, POSM and display execution.
  • Collect payments — cash, cheque and PDC — against invoices, and keep your route's overdue balance clean.
  • Handle returns, near-expiry stock and customer complaints promptly.
  • Report daily sales, coverage, competitor pricing and market activity.

What you need

  • 2+ years' FMCG field sales in the UAE (food and beverage preferred).
  • Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of your territory's outlets and buyers; ability to open new accounts.
  • Comfortable with invoices, pricing, credit terms and daily sales reporting.
  • Good spoken English; Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam or Arabic an advantage.

  • Existing outlet relationships in your emirate
