Bagason Middle East General Trading LLC is a Dubai-based FMCG distribution and food trading company supplying supermarkets, hypermarkets, groceries, HoReCa and e-commerce channels across the UAE and wider GCC. We manage a portfolio of international and own-label food and beverage brands through van sales, key accounts, modern trade and marketplace channels, backed by our own warehousing, cold chain and food production operations.

The role

Run your own van sales route — sell, deliver, invoice and collect in a single visit. We operate routes across the UAE and are hiring in multiple emirates.

What you'll do

• Run your own van sales route — sell, deliver, invoice and collect in a single visit.
• Load the van accurately each morning against your load sheet and reconcile stock, invoices and cash at the end of every day.
• Cover the full journey plan daily; grow distribution and open new outlets on the route.
• Merchandise the shelf on every call — facings, rotation (FIFO/FEFO), price tags, displays and POSM.
• Manage van stock: near-expiry rotation, returns, damages and stock accuracy. Van stock variance is your responsibility.
• Collect cash, cheques and PDCs, deposit them per company procedure, and keep your route's receivables clean.
• Handle customer complaints, returns and expiry claims on the spot.
• Report daily sales, coverage, competitor pricing and market feedback.

What you need

• 2+ years' van sales experience in the UAE, ideally in food and beverage FMCG.
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory) and a clean driving record.
• Honest and accountable with cash and stock — this is the core requirement of the role.
• Strong route knowledge and the ability to build outlet relationships.
• Numerate: invoices, pricing, discounts, daily cash and stock reconciliation.

• Chilled or frozen route experience
• Existing route knowledge in your emirate
