About Bagason

Bagason Middle East General Trading LLC is a Dubai-based FMCG distribution and food trading company supplying supermarkets, hypermarkets, groceries, HoReCa and e-commerce channels across the UAE and wider GCC. We manage a portfolio of international and own-label food and beverage brands through van sales, key accounts, modern trade and marketplace channels, backed by our own warehousing, cold chain and food production operations.

The role

Hands-on warehouse work at our Dubai FMCG food distribution warehouse — receiving, picking, packing, loading and keeping the stock clean, counted and correctly rotated.

What you'll do

  • Unload incoming containers and receive goods; count and check cartons against the delivery documents.
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately from picking lists, by carton and by piece.
  • Load delivery vehicles and van sales routes in the correct sequence.
  • Arrange stock on pallets and racking in the correct locations; keep aisles and pick faces clear.
  • Follow FIFO / FEFO stock rotation and report short-expiry, damaged or leaking stock immediately.
  • Support stock counts, cycle counts and returns handling.
  • Apply labels, stickers, shrink wrap and repacking as instructed.
  • Keep the warehouse clean and follow all food-safety and health-and-safety rules.

What you need

  • Physically fit and able to lift and move cartons throughout a full shift.
  • Able to read and understand numbers, codes and picking lists in English.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends and overtime during peak periods.
  • Previous warehouse, supermarket or food-storage experience is an advantage but not required — we will train you.
  • Valid UAE visa status or eligible to be sponsored.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a food or FMCG warehouse
  • Forklift or pallet-truck experience
  • Handheld scanner / barcode picking experience
