Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nutrizain Coconut Gel (fresh or packaged)
  • 2–3 green chilies (adjust to taste)
  • 1 small piece of ginger (~1 inch)
  • 2 tbsp roasted chana dal (optional, for creaminess)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup water (adjust for consistency)

For Tempering:

  • 1 tbsp Bharat Cold-Pressed Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1–2 dried red chilies
  • A few curry leaves

Method

  1. Prepare the Chutney Base
    In a blender, combine Nutrizain Coconut Gel, green chilies, ginger, roasted chana dal, and salt.
    Add water gradually and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Prepare the Tempering
    Heat Bharat Cold-Pressed Coconut Oil in a small pan.
    Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
    Add dried red chilies and curry leaves, sauté for a few seconds.
  3. Combine & Serve
    Pour the tempering over the blended chutney.
    Mix gently and serve immediately with idli, dosa, or rice.
