How we work: to HACCP and Dubai Municipality food safety standards, with batch traceability, CCP monitoring and full line-clearance discipline on every changeover.
Roles we hire: production managers, shift supervisors and machine operators. Food, beverage, pharmaceutical or packaging backgrounds all transfer well.
What we look for: people who follow a standard exactly, every time, and who stop the line when something is wrong rather than hoping it passes.
A week in the role
You will run filling, sealing and packing lines to spec - hygiene checks, weight control, label accuracy and batch records. American Harvest production runs to HACCP discipline with traceability from ingredient lot to finished case.
What success looks like
Clean quality checks, lines that hit yield targets, and batches that pass first-time release.
