2. Reporting Line

Reports to: Operations Director / Managing Director

Supervises: Store Helpers, Pickers, Drivers, Warehouse Supervisor

4. Day-to-Day Odoo Workflow

Bagason runs end-to-end on Odoo 18 across three legal entities. This role operates inside the system every working day:

• Stock dashboards — Daily capacity view: inbound receipts, outbound waves, manpower vs lines.
• WMS configuration — Putaway cascade, replenishment rules, wave picking parameters, FEFO/LIFO per customer, shelf-life rules — owned by Logistics Manager.
• Quality Control settings — Configure check types, pass criteria; review bagason_quality_pass_all abuse reports monthly.
• approvals_bagason — picking exceptions — Backdated stock pickings > 15 days route here for Logistics Manager + Jeevan/Suraj sign-off.
• Inventory Reports — Stock variance, OTIF, damage rate, dead-stock — leadership review monthly.
• Fleet / Vehicle records — Registration, insurance, service log; expirations alert into the same 90/60/30/15-day cadence as HR documents.

5. Compliance Gates & Controls

The following system-enforced controls apply to this role. Bypassing or working around them is treated as a breach of the Code of Conduct.

• Backdating authority: You may approve backdated stock movements within scope; beyond 15 days requires Jeevan/Suraj joint approval.
• Quality control configuration: Pass criteria and instructions cannot be tuned to a single team's convenience — changes route through approvals.
• Stock variance: Cycle-count variance > threshold triggers root-cause review and team-level KPI impact.
• Fleet compliance: Vehicles with expired registration / insurance cannot be dispatched. System enforces.

6. KPIs & Success Metrics

All KPIs below are pulled from Odoo reports and dashboards — no manual spreadsheets.

• Inventory accuracy % — cycle count rolling
• On-time-in-full (OTIF) % — Stock + Sales picking dates
• Cost per delivered case (AED) — Stock cost / volume report
• Safety incidents (target: zero)
• Quality-check abuse rate (Pass All on items needing actual inspection)
• Team retention (12-month rolling)

7. Competencies

Behavioural: Operational leadership, calm under pressure, data-driven decision making, team development.

Technical: 5+ years FMCG warehouse / 3PL experience, deep Odoo Stock + Quality + Inventory Adjustments, fleet management, approvals_bagason fluency, fluent English (Arabic an advantage).

8. Working Conditions

Mix of warehouse floor and office. Six-day week. UAE driving licence required.
