Responsibilities

  • Visit and check in to MT / wholesale outlets
  • Replenish shelves on a FEFO basis
  • Audit planogram with before/after photos
  • Place secondary displays for promotions
  • Verify shelf-edge pricing and flag discrepancies

4. Day-to-Day Odoo Workflow

Bagason runs end-to-end on Odoo 18 across three legal entities. This role operates inside the system every working day:

  • Mobile route app / Field Service module — Check in / check out at each customer; capture before/after photos; log OOS SKUs.
  • Documents app — Photo upload per visit, tagged by customer and date — feeds the Sales Manager's review.
  • Customer record (chatter) — Post visit notes, planogram-compliance score, and any escalation.
  • Out-of-Stock report — Submit OOS list at EOD; routes into Sales for next-day order pickup.

5. Compliance Gates & Controls

The following system-enforced controls apply to this role. Bypassing or working around them is treated as a breach of the Code of Conduct.

  • Photo evidence: Visits without uploaded before/after photos do not count toward visit-frequency KPI. The system flags missing photos.
  • Pricing accuracy: Shelf-edge price discrepancies must be reported same day; covering up a wrong price for a customer is a Code of Conduct breach.
  • FEFO discipline: Near-expiry stock must be flagged through the system, not removed silently.

6. KPIs & Success Metrics

All KPIs below are pulled from Odoo reports and dashboards — no manual spreadsheets.

  • Shelf-availability % across must-stock SKUs — OOS report rolling weekly
  • Planogram compliance % — Documents review by Sales Manager
  • Number of secondary displays per week — Documents tag count
  • Visit frequency adherence — % planned visits checked in via mobile app
  • Pricing accuracy % — discrepancy reports vs total visits

7. Competencies

Behavioural: Attention to detail, discipline, consistency, professional appearance.

Technical: Smartphone fluency for daily reporting, Odoo mobile / Documents app, basic English, ability to lift up to 20 kg.

8. Working Conditions

Field-based, six days per week. Standing and lifting throughout the day. UAE driving licence preferred but not required if route is by metro/bus.
