Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups American Harvest Rolled Oats
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp American Harvest flax seeds
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp baking powder
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a tray with parchment.
- Mix oats, flax seeds, cinnamon, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Add mashed bananas and honey; stir until combined.
- Press mixture into a greased tray. Bake 15 minutes until firm. Cool and cut into bars.
