FMCG Sales Jobs in the UAE
Our sales team is the reason our brands are on shelf in thousands of outlets across the UAE. We sell into modern trade, general trade, wholesale, HoReCa and e-commerce, from hypermarket key accounts down to the neighbourhood baqala.
Where you'd work: Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Al Ain and the Northern Emirates. Most of our sales roles are field-based and territory-owned — you get a route, a target and the support to hit it.
What we look for: people who know their outlets by name, who can open a new account without a discount, and who are honest with cash and stock. A UAE driving licence is essential for most roles.
How you grow: merchandiser to salesman, salesman to supervisor, supervisor to area manager. Most of our supervisors started on a van.
